CLC currently has four paper mills, namely, Tayuan, Chupei, Hsinchu, and Houli with one coating machine and ten paper machines, six of which are used to manufacture industrial paper such as kraft-top liner, corrugating medium paper, and core board with annual production over 1 million metric tons. Two of the paper machines manufacture duplex board, such as coated ivory board, white coated board, duplex coated board with gray back as well as gypsum board base paper. There is also one paper machine manufacturing printing and writing paper while the remaining one producing household paper.

Most of the paper machines come from the international renowned Finnish brand METSO and Germany brand VOITH. and all of them have been controlled via computer programming system and equipped with devices such as weight and moisture control system (B/M sensors), spot detector, to ensure stable quality.

In order to promote resource recycling policy, CLC consumes over a million tons of recycled paper each year, currently the largest recycle paper user in the country.

In working towards energy conservation program, CLC has taken the lead to invest in cogeneration plants, incineration system and wind power generating system. There are currently three cogenerators, one incineration system, and two sets of energy generating wind mills. Duetoour devoted measures in energy conservation, we have already received several energy conservation awards.

All of the paper mills have been certificated with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, and since 2001, the Total Production Management has been adopted so as to pursue the objective of “zero fault", "zero defect", and "zero accident". In 2004, the company has implemented the Enterprise Resource Planning system to have quick response of production and sales, as well as improve customer satisfaction. In additions, the CLC's Tayuan mill had remarkably acquired the world's first ISO 14064/IDS certificate in summer of 2005 and the whole company has acquired the ISO 14064 certification in 2006.

With the annual capacity production of paper and board exceeding 1.3 million tons, CLC is Taiwan's largest industrial paper manufacturer, and is ranked in top 100 paper companies in the world. To achieve the mission of sustainable development through efficient operation and cost, we periodically upgrade our equipments and continue to promote the TPM initiative in pursue of the highest production efficiency. In addition to the hardware facilities, we have implemented software systems to computerize order management, production scheduling, logistics, and quality control systems. Our effort ensures product competitiveness through maintaining the highest standard of quality, timely delivery, excellent services, and continuing to meet customer's needs.
