Welfare Measures

 

Attendance, absence, official holidays, special leave, and other terms of employment for personnel of the company are handled in accordance with relevant regulations of the Labor Standard Law.
Salaries are paid on a monthly basis. The annual bonus is based on full monthly pay and subject to adjustment according to administrative performance.

The company provides two days off per week for the specific purpose of flexible treatment of legal work hour regulations, to enhance employee's living standards, increase household recreational hours, and adapt itself to social trends in the future. The company also provides free lunch and overtime snacks, sponsors domestic/overseas tours and health examinations, provides personnel with various OJT on a regular basis, sends excellent employees on overseas observation tours or practice, and provides group insurance, medical assistance for dependents, emergency aid, and education scholarships for children of staff, as detailed below:

1. Labor insurance, health insurance, group insurance (medical, accident, occupational hazard, life)
2. Compensation system for retire es
3. Purchase of shares with dividends, shareholding trust
4. Free lunch & uniforms
5. Education scholarships for children
6. Wedding/funeral ceremonies, birthday celebrations, birth ceremonies.
7. Domestic/overseas tours
8. Three Festival bonus or gift
9. Medical assistance for employees and dependents, accidental disaster relief, emergency aid, dependent condoling sum for in-service casualty
10. Training in foreign languages, society subsidiary, etc
