in Changhua County, Erlin Town. Its main products
are leather paperboards and corrugating mediums. The Yuli
Machinery Co., Ltd. is also established
in PanChiao Puchien,and its main products are manufactured
paper, paper ware machinery and regular machinery. |

Invest in the establishment of the related enterprise
Minfeng Plastic Co., Ltd. in Taoyuan
county, and begin preparations for the 8th paper machine. |

in Houli. |

Chunfeng tissue and Hsueh Jo toilet paper for household

of US$50,000,000. Begin preparations for the 600-ton

Received capital increases to 8,195,000,000 NTD. |

All of the company’s factories receive ISO 14001 certification.
The total amount of received capital increases to 8,610,000,000

Purchase the Shanfu Paper Ware Co., Ltd. and convert
it into the Tayuan Paper Ware Factory and Taichung factory.
In order to focus on paper ware business activities and
development, sell the Tayuan Business Paper Ware Factory.

The paper ware affairs department of each factory all

edition) and OHSAS 18001 certification. The Dongguan
Cheng Loong Paper Ware Co., Ltd. and
Shanghai Zhonghao Paper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. enter
production.

Establishment of the conglomerate’s paper
industry ERP system. Establish the Shanghai Cheng Loong
Paper Co., Ltd. Promotion of the
Cheng Loong digital study platform –"E-learning points".
Announcement of
the merger with Tianlong Paper Manufacturing Ltd. |

Formal integration with Tianlong Paper Manufacturing
Ltd., and positive arrangements are made for overseas
investment expansion. The Shanfu Paper (Kun Shan) Co.,
Ltd. and Shanghai Cheng Loong Paper Co., Ltd. enter production,
and construction begins on Yuelong Paper Co., Ltd. |

Established 「Vina Tawana Container Co., Ltd.」 (Vietnam) as well as 「Kunshan Kun Fu Paper Co., Ltd.」(China). The Taiwan’s Tayuan paper mill acquired the world’s first ISO 14064 certificate. |

Established 「Suzhou Cheng Loong Paper Co., Ltd.」 (China) and 「Dongguan Jianng Loong Co., Ltd.」 (China). All of Taiwan’s plants acquired the ISO 14064 certification. Implemented the「CLC RFID Carton Design & Testing Service Platform」 |
