Cheng Loong's management activities initially started with the quality management, from the CNS mark earlier, to 「Quality Control Circle (QCC)」&「Total Quality Management (TQM)」, and finally extended to ISO series in recent years. In line with the rapid change of business environment and development of IT technology, CLC’s management activities have also adapted new methods from time to time, such as ERP, E-learning as well as Knowledge Management.

For years, CLC’s business and operation have entered into new era each time with the implementation of new management activities. Moreover, each step of those activities requires full participation from the staffs in order to make the practice as a part of the daily routine, which has greatly improved every aspect of technology and resulted in sustainable business development.
